What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rural tourism house will be available from 16:30h and the normal departure time is 12:00h, but we can try to extend the schedule if you let us know with enough time and availability allows us to do so.

How will I receive the keys to the cottage?

We will be waiting for you at the house to give you the keys, we will inform you of everything you need to know about the house and the main tourist sites. It is convenient that you let us know half an hour before your arrival.

How many people can stay in the house?

The cottage has 6 beds plus a crib, if necessary. It is not allowed the entrance in the house of people who are not included in the reservation. The cottage and its facilities are for the exclusive use of the people who are staying, so no invitations are allowed, except under consultation, and only for stays of more than 7 nights.

What are the payment methods?

Payments are done by bank transfer, Bizum or direct credit card payment gateway.

What if I need help during my stay?

The owners, Álvaro and Jero, will always be at your disposal, happy to help you and answer any questions you may have.

Do we need to bring sheets or towels?

No es necesario, en la Casa del Pino intentamos dar la máxima calidad para que os sintáis cómodos en nuestro alojamiento. Cada cama cuenta con sus sabanas y edredones nórdicos. Además, cada huésped tendrá su juego de toallas correspondiente.

Our baby is coming with us, do we need to bring our own crib?

You can bring your baby's crib or we can set up a free crib in the room, with sheets and comforter. Remember to order it in advance.

Do we need to bring kitchenware?

No, our house is fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

What is the outdoor area like?

The parking area in front of the house is surrounded by lemon trees. Care must be taken when parking because of the difference in height, as it is not fenced. In addition, the land where the pine tree is located directly overlooks the river, and there is no fence to protect from falling into the reservoir. Special care should be taken with children.

Is there heating and hot water?

Yes, the cottage has a closed wood-burning fireplace and all the rooms have radiators. Of course, there is hot water, the heater runs on gas and is located on the terrace.

Is there a wood-burning fireplace?

Yes, in the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace, with a built-in oven, which you will find ready to light when you arrive during the winter months. In addition, we will provide you with all the firewood you need.

Can we have a barbecue?

Yes, we have a barbecue on the terrace of the house, with grill, pans, paella, tables, chairs, firewood and everything you need to enjoy a good barbecue with family or friends.

Are there bathrooms in the rooms?

Only the upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The lower floor has a common bathroom with a large shower for the other two rooms.

Is there a swimming pool or jacuzzi?

Yes, in the courtyard there is a jacuzzi with capacity for 4-6 people.

Is there a car park in the house?

Yes, we have a parking area in front of the guesthouse. It has capacity for at least 4 vehicles.

Is there a patio?

Yes, the house has a patio with jacuzzi, barbecue and two outdoor tables. The views of the Embalse Azud de Ojós from there are beautiful.

Are animals allowed?

No, animals are not allowed in our guesthouse.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Yes, Blanca's tap water is safe to drink, but in general, we recommend buying bottled water.

Are there any board games?

Yes, there are several board games available to you.

Can we do outdoor activities?

Yes, the area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking and kayaking. In addition, there are many risky activities such as rafting, bungee jumping, canyoning, climbing, paintball or buggy route, you have more information here. You can also discover the Moorish citrus trail in Ricote or the Salto de la Novia in Ojós. You have more information here.

Are there places of historical interest?

Of course, the Ricote Valley has a rich history. You can find information here.

Can we do birdwatching?

Yes, of course, in the Azud de Ojós reservoir you can find native birds.

What services are available in Blanca?

Blanca has many bars and stores, the river promenade, natural parks, museums such as the painter Pedro Cano Foundation, the MUCAB, and the Interpretation Center of Light and Water. There is also the Negra Center, a permanent space for research and contemporary creation. In addition, there is the Canoeing Club, which can be reached by kayaking or rafting from Cieza.

How far away are the nearest services (pharmacy, hospital, shopping center...)?

In Blanca, 2 minutes by car from the Casa del Pino, as well as in Ojós and Abarán, 5 minutes away respectively, there are many pharmacies, stores and various establishments. The nearest hospital is the Hospital de la Vega Lorenzo Guirao, in Cieza.
